May I return my optical instrument if I don't like it?

Yes.

You may return it for exchange or refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided the following condition is met:

Return must be in new condition with all original boxing and paperwork.

If you would like to receive a refund, the refund value is the amount you paid less shipping costs and a restock fee of 5% (telescopes 10%).

If you wish to exchange your optical instrument for another optical instrument of equal or greater price, the value of your return is the purchase price less shipping.

For example, if you purchased a Pentax DCF WP10x42 binocular:

Binocular Price = $499.00
Shipping Cost = $10.00
Total Charge = $509.00

If you returned this binocular for a money refund, you would receive back $474.00.

If you returned this binocular for an exhange, you would be entitled to a credit of $499.00.

If you exchanged it for a Pentax DCF WP 8x42:

Original Binocular Price = $499.00
Exchange Binocular Price = $459.00
Difference = $40.00.
Amount you would receive back would be 95% of the difference, or $38.00
