This Morning Outside

Nice to see a bird in good form, looking fit and at ease, especially when the sun comes up and it's still only 7 degrees.

He does not look as if he's suffering. Now I know his metabolism is fast, and that he lives with his normal temperature set at 105 degrees. And yes, he is wearing a warm feather coat. But my down jacket is thicker than his whole body. And standing outside for 10 minutes, I'm freezing!
