This Morning Outside

Now that spring is thoroughly here, new music is in the air.

Like the song from one of the tiniest sparrows, the field sparrow. It's a long trill that speeds up as it goes along. Usually it rises very high in pitch toward the end, as if it's trailing into the sky.
