This software and its user guides are copyrighted with all rights reserved. Under the copyright laws, the software and user guides may not be copied, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Michael and Diane Porter, except in the normal use of the software or to make backup copies. This exception does not allow copies to be made for others, whether or not sold, but all of the material purchased (with all backup copies) may be sold, given, or loaned to another person.

You may install and use the software on any of your personal computers.

Included images
The images that come with Bird Brain are included for demonstration in the tutorial records. You may view them on your computer or print them for personal use, but you may not sell them, publish them, or include them as part of other products. Those identified as the work of Jeff Bouton are copyright 2009 Jeff Bouton. The others are copyright 2009-2018 Michael and Diane Porter.

Warranties
Birdwatching Dot Com makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the referenced software, its merchantability, or its fitness for any particular purpose. The exclusion of implied warranties is not permitted in some states. The above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. There may be other rights that you may have which vary from state to state.
