A friendly, conversational, style is like a friend talking to you. Learn what to look for in your state during spring, summer, fall, and winter. These are from Bird Watcher's Digest. Books in the second row are pocket-sized books from National Geographic Society. Each has 125 to 190 must-see birds from each state or region. Although the books do not include all the species found in each state, they do capture the flavor of their states and show the most outstanding species.
